The "Committee of Governors" consists of Past District Governors (PDG) and the current governor leadership already identified by the district (e..g. DG, DGE, DGN).  Also, any PDGs residing in our district are invited to be a member of the COG.  They are automatically added to this "committee" when their District Leadership Team record is added to the database for their GOV year. 

Also, there is a "Lvl-5 utility transaction" to rebuild this committee (in the current Rotary year, as needed.  And, this committee is automatically rolled forward into the next Rotary year on July 1, as part of the year-end processing.
